The brief for this gorgeous renovation in Caulfield North was to open up the back living room and add a second storey to accommodate the needs of the client and their family. The back part of the house was demolished adding a brand new kitchen/dining area, dream laundry, and a butler’s pantry – the envy of every home chef! A natural hardwood staircase leads up to the added second storey encompassing 2 large bedrooms with built in robes, a beautiful bathroom, open plan study and lounge area. A perfect teenage retreat.
